Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, marked their fifth wedding anniversary on Thursday. In celebration, they shared a video recapping their wedding and also released a captivating new photograph featuring the family of four together for the first time.
In the picture, the family enjoyed a playful moment on the beach. Little Ernest was wrapped in a pink blanket and a bucket hat, cradled by his mother. However, the center of attention in the photo was young August, who, at the age of two, struck a comical pose with his hands while standing in front of his father, Jack. What caught our eye was August’s hair, which strikingly resembled that of his cousin, Princess Lilibet.
August displayed auburn hair and a sweet smile, bearing a strong resemblance to his royal cousin, Princess Lilibet, as seen in another photograph shared by the proud mother of two.
To mark her anniversary, a beautiful video clip was shared, showcasing previously unreleased footage of Eugenie as she got ready for her wedding day. The video included scenes with her sister, Princess Beatrice, and her mother, Sarah Ferguson. It also captured the moment she walked down the aisle toward Jack and their kiss on the steps of St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
Eugenie and her cousin, Prince Harry, share a close bond, and they recently reunited in Portugal after the Invictus Games held last month. During this gathering, Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, had the opportunity to meet Eugenie’s new addition to the family for the first time.
It is possible that Harry captured this infrequent family photo. He visited Portugal with the Duchess of Sussex after the conclusion of the Invictus Games. During their stay, which lasted three days, Harry and Meghan were accommodated at Eugenie and Jack’s residence in the exclusive coastal town of Melides. Subsequently, they flew back to California. Eugenie has a double celebration this week, not only commemorating her wedding anniversary but also observing her mother Sarah Ferguson’s 64th birthday on Sunday.
