Princess Eugenie announces exciting news ahead of wedding anniversary

Princess Eugenie has recently re-emerged in the public eye, making a striking appearance at the Vogue World event in London earlier this month. The 33-year-old, who is a mother to two-year-old August and four-month-old Ernest, has also shared some exciting updates via her latest social media appearance. In 2017, Eugenie co-founded The Anti-Slavery Collective alongside her close friend Julia de Boinville. In April 2022, they launched their own podcast series called “Floodlight,” with the aim of raising awareness about modern slavery and exploring ways to combat it. In an Instagram Stories video, Eugenie and Julia announced the return of their podcast for a second season on October 18, which coincides with Anti-Slavery Day. While the first season featured conversations with actress Dame Emma Thompson, Eugenie hinted that they will have another notable guest joining them in the upcoming season.

Prior to her recent red carpet appearance, Eugenie, accompanied by Julia and German model and influencer Caroline Daur, had the opportunity to visit the Kenyan island of Lamu. In candid photographs, one can observe the Princess delighting in a meal on a boat, while in another, she radiantly posed for a selfie alongside Caroline.

It remains uncertain whether her spouse, Jack Brooksbank, and their two children accompanied her on this journey. Eugenie and Jack will mark their fifth wedding anniversary on October 12, as they exchanged vows in a lovely autumnal ceremony at St George’s Chapel in Windsor back in 2018.

A few weeks prior to the birth of her second child, Eugenie participated in the coronation festivities of King Charles and Queen Camilla.

Eugenie and Jack were part of the attendees at Westminster Abbey on May 6, where the Princess elegantly dressed her growing baby bump in a stylish navy blue Fendi outfit. In addition to this, both Eugenie and her older sister, Princess Beatrice, took part in a street party with the locals and attended the coronation concert held at Windsor Castle. This week, celebrations also took place for Princess Beatrice and her spouse, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, as they celebrated their daughter Sienna’s second birthday.
