Yesterday, the Prince and Princess of Wales went to Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow as part of their schedule for World Mental Health Day. During their visit, they participated in a mental fitness workshop organized by SportsAid, in collaboration with their charity partner BelievePerform.
The workshop’s objective is to provide assistance to young athletes and their families in the management of their mental well-being. It also seeks to educate them on how to develop the necessary skills for fostering positive and healthy experiences in both sports and other aspects of life.
