Queen Silvia of Sweden participated in the “World's Children's Prize 2023” award ceremony held at Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred on October 4, 2023. Each year, the Child Jury of the World’s Children’s Prize selects three Child Rights Heroes from a pool of nominated candidates. These heroes can be individuals or organizations that have consistently and admirably worked for the well-being of children, even in challenging circumstances, over an extended period.
