Prince Albert and Princess Charlene graced the town twinning reception held at the Prince’s Palace, fostering the camaraderie between the municipalities of Monaco and Dolceacqua. During this splendid gathering, the distinguished guests, the Prince and Princess Charlene, were ceremoniously bestowed with the 2023 twinning decree. Additionally, they received the venerable original loyalty oath, dating back to the year 1523, and a special Monegasque postage stamp, specially issued to commemorate this momentous occasion.
