Prince Louis’ Most Memorable Moments: A Look Back on the Young Royal’s Milestones

Prince Louis, the youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, is set to celebrate his fifth birthday on April 23, 2023. The little royal was born in 2018 at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, just like his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

While the public has yet to see Louis make his royal tour debut, he has already passed some remarkable milestones in his young life. Royaldailyimages! has compiled a list of his most memorable moments to date.

In 2019, Louis stole the show at the Trooping the Colour ceremony with his enthusiastic waving and adorable moment with the then-Duchess of Cornwall. At the time, the young prince was 13 months old and looked adorable in a blue and white outfit, previously worn by his father, Prince William, and his uncle, Prince Harry, when they were children.

In 2020, William and Kate’s children delighted royal fans when they took part in a Q&A with natural historian and broadcaster, Sir David Attenborough. It was the first time that little Louis, who was then two years old, spoke in public.

Louis’ first day at nursery coincided with his third birthday, and his mother, Kate, snapped a photo of him on his red balance bike to mark the occasion. The smiling prince looked ready for his big day in a collared shirt, navy jumper, blue shorts, and a coordinating backpack.

Louis’ antics during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022 stole the show again, with the young prince joining his mother and siblings in the carriage procession at Trooping the Colour. He was also spotted having a sweet moment with his grandfather, then-Prince Charles, during the pageant.

In September 2022, Louis joined George and Charlotte as they started at their new school, Lambrook, following their move to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor that summer. This was another significant milestone for the young prince.

Louis made his debut at the Christmas Day church service in Sandringham in 2022, where he chased after his big sister with a bunch of flowers, showing his close bond with Charlotte. The young royals joined their parents in speaking with locals during a walkabout.

Most recently, Louis attended the Easter Sunday church service in Windsor with his family. The Waleses coordinated in blue and navy shades, with Louis donning a blazer, shirt, blue shorts, long socks, and a bicycle print tie.

As Prince Louis turns five, royal fans look forward to seeing what other milestones he will achieve and how he will continue to charm the public with his adorable personality.
