 The Prince and Princess of Wales are among the many royals who spend their Christmas holidays at Sandringham estate in Norfolk. It is a longstanding tradition for the royal family to gather at Sandringham for Christmas, and fans often send them messages wishing them well for special occasions.

Recently, the Duchess of Wonderland Instagram account revealed that William and Kate had responded to a Christmas message sent by the fan account. In response, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a photo of themselves with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, as they headed to church on Christmas Day.

The photo was accompanied by a message from the royal couple, thanking the fan for their thoughtful message and sending their best wishes for a happy new year. This gesture is typical of the royals, who often take the time to respond to messages from fans.

For the Wales family, last year’s appearance at Sandringham was particularly poignant. It was their first time there since the death of the Queen, and it was also Prince Louis’ first time attending the family tradition. The Christmas Day walkabout before the church service is a highlight of the royal tradition, with children typically attending the service when they are a little older. Prince William was five and Prince Harry was seven when they first went. However, William and Kate took Princess Charlotte along when she was a toddler.

In previous years, George and Charlotte have attended church with their parents in Bucklebury, where they celebrated Christmas with Kate’s family, the Middletons. 3 years later, the young royal siblings joined Prince and Princess of wales at the Christmas Day service in Sandringham.

During the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, Prince Louis charmed the nation with his hilarious antics. However, at Sandringham, the four-year-old Prince was on his best behavior, holding his mother’s hand while keeping warm in a thick coat.

The royals’ response to the fan’s message is a reminder that they are not only members of the royal family but also people who appreciate the kindness of their fans. Their willingness to respond to messages and take the time to show their appreciation is what endears them to so many people around the world.
