Princess Astrid of Belgium, representing the King, embarked on a 5-day working visit to the Commonwealth of Australia, accompanied by an economic mission. On the 23rd of October 2023, the Princess initiated her journey with a visit to a newly constructed metro station in Sydney. This project was completed by the Belgian company BESIX and its Australian subsidiary.
