Princess Eugenie recently attended an art festival in Abu Dhabi, and surprise – she also caught the last Grand Prix of the season. Geri Halliwell-Horner, the former Spice Girl, shared a photo on Instagram featuring herself, Eugenie, and Jack Brooksbank.
Geri, known for her all-white style, looked elegant in a matching shirt and trousers, her shoulder-length hair flowing freely. Princess Eugenie rocked a black dress with a blue blazer, holding a black Chanel handbag. Jack sported a white shirt, khakis, and a black blazer. The trio, along with model Naomi Campbell and actor Orlando Bloom, radiated joy in the snapshot captioned by Geri: “Final @f1 race of the year [checkered flag emoji].”
The photo sparked excitement among fans, with comments like “Gorgeous,” “Great pic,” and remarks about different worlds colliding. Earlier that week, Princess Eugenie shared candid insights on the Table Manners podcast, revealing that the royal family orders Deliveroo to Kensington Palace and discussing her views on her sons’ education.
In a revealing moment, Eugenie disclosed a peculiar royal food rule – the family avoids certain foods. She mentioned their weekly Waitrose order, which includes regular items like chicken, sausages, potatoes, and onions. Interestingly, Eugenie admitted to breaking the rule by including onion and garlic. She also disclosed that her parents, Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, ban onion and garlic at their house due to concerns about “the breath.”
Queen Camilla and former royal chef Darren McGrady affirmed the aversion to strong-smelling foods like garlic. Camilla mentioned on Australian MasterChef that garlic is a “no-no” during official engagements. McGrady revealed that palace chefs were forbidden from serving food with too much onion or garlic.
Despite being a royal family member, Princess Eugenie’s love for these aromatic ingredients doesn’t impact her as much as working royals who engage in numerous public events throughout the year.
