Princess Beatrice and her spouse, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, appeared deeply in love with each other as they made a glamorous appearance on the red carpet at the prestigious Vogue World event in London on Thursday evening.
Beatrice looked stunning in an exquisite floral cape gown designed by Richard Quinn, while her partner looked dashing in a white tuxedo jacket paired with black trousers.
In an uncommon display of affection, Edoardo was captivated by his lovely wife and placed a gentle kiss on her cheek while they posed for photographs. During the event, the couple, who are gearing up to celebrate their daughter Sienna’s second birthday next week, were accompanied by Princess Eugenie, who garnered attention in a striking emerald green asymmetrical gown by Fendi.
This marked the second consecutive evening for Beatrice and Edoardo to enjoy a date night. The 35-year-old royal and her husband previously attended an exclusive private viewing of the ‘Gabrielle Chanel. Fashion Manifesto’ exhibition at the V&A on Wednesday.
These outings followed shortly after Sarah Ferguson disclosed that Beatrice and Edoardo had taken some time away, leaving her responsible for looking after their daughter Sienna. Speaking on her podcast, “Tea Talks with the Duchess and Sarah,” she mentioned, “Beatrice and Edo are away, so Gee-Gee is in charge. It’s really quite amusing. I used to wish for the time when Sienna would come in and say, ‘Gee-Gee, let’s come and play,’ and now she wants to come and play every minute of the day!”
The affectionate grandmother affectionately referred to her grandchild as a “charming young girl” and shared how the child tugs at her grandmother’s skirt, frolics in her Ugg boots, and enjoys splashing in puddles.
She further mentioned, “She’s currently the one in charge of both granny and grandpa. It’s reminded me of the time when I used to follow Beatrice around.”
The couple got married on July 17, 2020, at the Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor and have since welcomed their daughter. Beatrice has also embraced the role of stepmother to Wolfie, Edoardo’s son from a prior relationship. This year, for their third wedding anniversary, Edoardo marked the special occasion with a heartfelt message.
He shared several photos of Beatrice, one of which depicted the royal bride holding her bouquet, and wrote: “Wishing a happy wedding anniversary to the most stunning wife in the world.
“I am profoundly thankful for every moment we have experienced, every obstacle we have surmounted, and every aspiration we have pursued together. My love for you exceeds any words, and I eagerly anticipate celebrating countless more anniversaries with you.”
