The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, has made a rare video call appearance for his beloved Invictus Games. The event took place on Tuesday, with his image projected into an event in Berlin. During the call, the Duke thanked the Prime Minister, members of parliament, team Germany, and everyone at the event for their support.
The Duke was seen wearing a navy suit and crisp white shirt against a plain white background with a plant on the side. While it is unclear if he was filming from inside his $14 million Montecito mansion, the couple has their own office and studio there for work purposes.

It was recently announced that Prince Harry would attend the King’s coronation alone without his wife, the Duchess of Sussex. There is still no confirmation if he will have a role to play in the coronation or just be in attendance. Emily Nash, HELLO!’s royal editor, speculates that he will attend the ceremony like other members of the royal family without necessarily taking part.
The royal will stay at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor during the whirlwind trip. It is also the property where he lived with his wife Meghan Markle when they first welcomed Prince Archie into the world. However, it will likely be his last stay there since King Charles previously asked them to leave the property.
The official statement regarding the coronation confirmation explained that the Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. This could well be because Prince Archie’s birthday falls on 6 May, the same day as the coronation.
Prince Harry’s appearance at the Invictus Games was a welcome sight for his supporters. Despite the ongoing controversy surrounding the royal family, the Duke of Sussex remains committed to his philanthropic endeavors. With the King’s coronation looming, it remains to be seen what role Prince Harry will play in the upcoming event. Regardless, his commitment to his work and his country is evident.
